WordPress installations that are rarely or not at all updated are the most important gateway for hackers – who infiltrate the page partially or fully automatically through Backdoors, drive-by downloads, pharmaceutical hacks or malicious redirects.

Thus, we do all updates for the CMS and the plugins promptly. However, even in the worst case scenario, our experienced WordPress developers will respond immediately, minimizing page downtime and traffic and revenue losses.

We use servers from cloud providers like Digital Ocean and Amazon, but all servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany. The big advantage is, that we can perfectly adjust the server according to your needs (i.e. the measured visitor number), without the page being offline – not even one minute. The servers are maintained by specialists according to the highest security standards.

No, the complete opposite is the case! You own the domain (e.g. booked via 1 & 1) and also set up the e-mail accounts there. You only need to enter the IP address of our server in the settings. It will then retrieve all content from there, that you want your website visitors to see.

If you ever prefer your nephew or any other trusted provider to host your website, all you will have to do is log into your CMS and move the site to your nephew’s server using a plugin. Afterwards you simply log in to your 1&1 account and change the IP to the new server. That’s it.

All service packages run for at least 6 months. Payments for the 6 months period are made in advance, but won’t start until the page is actually with us and runs perfectly. You will receive 10% discount for annual payment.

We also offer discounts in case you host more than one website with us. Simply mention it when contacting us, e.g. over the contact form below.

The 30 minutes per month add up to 3 hours over the contract period of 6 months. You can use these to let us do any website content update needed at the time (or to add new pages).

You simply send us a mail including all the desired changes or the new content (attachments such as Word files are fine too), and we take care of it, usually within 24 hours.
